Not yet. The product is currently under development. You can contact DS Software to share your requirements or express interest in future demonstrations and launch updates.
Will the software work without internet?+
The planned core showroom system is designed to operate without internet using a local server and local network. Optional online services, such as WhatsApp messaging, would require internet connectivity.
Can multiple billing counters use it together?+
Yes, multi-counter access over a showroom LAN is a key design goal. Computers would connect to the same local showroom server. Tablets may have a more limited experience.
Will my showroom data be stored online?+
The proposed architecture stores operational data locally at the showroom. A public cloud connection is not required for the core billing and inventory system.
Will it support HUID, GST and old gold exchange?+
These are part of the planned core billing features, along with weights, purity, making charges, advances, returns and detailed invoice records. Final workflows will be validated before release.
Will WhatsApp and Tally integrations be included?+
WhatsApp communication and Tally-friendly exports are planned capabilities. Their availability and scope will be confirmed as development progresses.
How will software licensing work?+
The product plan includes annual offline license activation and renewal, expiry reminders, a grace period, and continued read-only/export access after expiry. Final terms will be shared closer to launch.
Can I request a demonstration?+
You can register your interest today. Since the product is not ready, a working demonstration is not currently being offered; we can contact you when a suitable preview becomes available.
